1. Please consult the manual and read the FAQs carefully.

2. If you cannot find any help here, or you encountered a problem that you think may be a software bug, we recommend specifying your request in our bug tracking system. The registration is free, easy and 24h available.

Digispot II Technical Support Service accepts requests from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Moscow time) and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (German time) if you call the service number in Hamburg.
